2. Using this website

2.1 You may use this site for lawful purposes and to find out about and get in touch with us. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks any law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights;
• send, upload or link to any malware, or anything designed to harm or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site, or try to get around any security measure, without our written consent;
• place an unreasonable load on the site, scrape or bulk-extract it, or use bots against it other than well-behaved search-engine and AI crawlers acting within our robots rules;
• misuse the contact form, for example to send spam, unlawful marketing or anything abusive.

2.2 We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, or report activity to the authorities, if we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been broken.

3. Enquiries aren’t a contract

3.1Sending us an enquiry through this site doesn’t create a contract for any work. It starts a conversation. Any services we go on to provide will be on separate terms agreed between us, and prices or details mentioned on the site are for general guidance, not a binding quote.

4.1We and our licensors own the content, design and code of this site, and the “RELOAD” and “MetlSys” names, logos and branding. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce, frame, mirror or reuse any part of the site commercially, or use our names or logos, without our written consent.

5. Accuracy of information

5.1The site is for general information about our services. We keep it as accurate and up to date as we reasonably can, but we don’t warrant that it’s complete, current or error-free, and it isn’t professional advice you should act on without talking to us. We may change or remove content at any time.

6. Links to other sites

6.1Where we link to other sites, including metlsys.com and our clients’ sites, we do so for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content, and a link isn’t an endorsement.
