Reload IT is a South Yorkshire software studio run by Mark Brookes. It started in 2016 as an IT services firm. Years inside other people's businesses showed us the real problem was rarely the hardware. It was the processes trapped in spreadsheets and ageing systems. So we started building the way out.
You talk to the person who does the work.
No account managers, no call-centre script, no handover between the person who sold the project and the person who builds it. When you deal with Reload IT you deal with the builder, and that doesn't change after go-live.
It's a small, expert firm on purpose. That's the selling point: nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.
