1. What this policy covers

1.1 It explains how Reload IT Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on www.reloadit.co.uk. It does not cover our MetlSys product, which has its own cookie policy at metlsys.com.

2. What cookies are

2.1Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Local storage and similar technologies do much the same job. This policy refers to all of them as “cookies”.

3. The cookies we use

3.1 No tracking cookies.This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no cookies that identify you. There’s no cookie banner because there’s nothing that needs consent. We’re not following you around, here or anywhere else.

3.2 Visitor analytics (cookieless).We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and doesn’t identify or profile you: visits are counted with an anonymised hash that can’t be traced back to you and is discarded within a day. That’s why it doesn’t need a consent banner.

3.3 The contact form.Sending the form doesn’t set a cookie. It’s protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that verifies you’re human without tracking cookies or puzzles.

4. If that ever changes

4.1If we later add something that needs a cookie, for example a map, or basic, privacy-friendly visitor analytics, we’ll update this page to list exactly what’s set, why, and how long it lasts, and we’ll ask for your consent where the rules require it.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

5.1You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. As this site sets none, you don’t need to do anything for it, but it’s a good habit across the web generally.
